WHAT IS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE?

“Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again.” — John 10:7 NKJV

This is Kevin William Rascoe, and welcome to my weekly devotional/blog.

Today’s scripture: Today’s scripture: “See here the grace of Christ; since none could demand His life of Him, He laid it down of Himself for our redemption. He offered Himself to be the Savior.” — Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary

Most people’s love is conditional.

Some might love you when it’s convenient; it’s about them and their feelings. Others will sprinkle you with love when money is present and peace is in the vicinity. Yet, if these conditions are not present, they will all unfortunately leave and forsake you.

However, unconditional love comes freely with no conditions, and…

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. — 1 Corinthians 4:7 NKJV

THE MESSAGE: I shared with you what unconditional love is, but the one who truly represents it is the one who died for all: the Son of God, Jesus Christ.

However, do you love others unconditionally?

Until next time, God bless!

“Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again.” — John 10:17 NKJV

If you haven’t accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior and repented of your sins, then do so now because there is no guarantee you’ll have another opportunity tomorrow (Romans 10:9-10).

The youth need to read children’s books. So, why not give them a children’s Christian book that’s written for a child but contains a lesson for all? ORDER TODAY: Episode 3.
