I work in the youth ministry at my church, so I know this book will be relatable to any kid who reads it. Also, it will be relatable to any mom, especially a single mom. Sophia is hilarious, the typical little sister. (She reminds me of myself as a child.) When I was a child, I remember praying to God as David did and wondered if he heard my prayers (he hears you). Thank you, Kevin, for writing such a great book for the youth of our community!

Excellent storytelling and teachable moments that will instruct, encourage, inspire, and elevate readers. Great book for the kingdom, Mr. Rascoe, a fan!

I applaud the Author, Kevin William Rascoe, for his book, “The Unusual Life of David Snod: Episode 1.”

This book was very easy to read and comprehend. I believe this book is a great story and will help our youth to recognize what bullying looks like, whether at home among siblings or in school. This story helps by suggesting what to do and what not to do if you are being bullied.

And if you’re being bullied, know that you have many people who love and care about you in what you might be encountering.

Also, this book can show our youth that no one is perfect and never allow other people to define you. Love yourself, trust God, and know that he chose you before the foundation of the world.

I truly believe this book should be the next TV sitcom, and would definitely be a plus for family time all over the world.

I absolutely loved this book! It was very relatable, even as an adult. It dealt with problems that we all face and showed how Jesus is the answer. I’m looking forward to reading the next several episodes!

My first thoughts were that this was an interesting read about family and school life growing up, and many of the stories I and others could relate to having lived similar experiences, especially the bullying events.

This book has many Christian/Religious overtones without trying to impose any particular religion on the reader, but showed the morality and consciousness that exists in all of us.

The author, Kevin Rascoe, did a magnificent job with his character development and excellent descriptions of the people in this book. I could see them and feel them come to life as I was reading each page. 

Also, there were many lessons that need to be taught to all children.

I would highly recommend this book to be read and shared with children, so they understand they are not alone and there is a right way to face your problems. 

I’m an adult, and I can truly relate to this story. I was bullied as a child, but I wish I had an uncle or somebody who shared biblical wisdom with me. It would’ve been a big help. If my son was still a kid, I would definitely share this with him. But I think everyone can learn something from it. 

A great book! I truly enjoyed it. The author shared some great biblical principles. We need more books like this!
