Today’s scripture: “God demonstrated His displeasure with Zacharias’ unbelief when the angel struck him dumb, making him unable to speak for the entire nine months of his wife’s pregnancy.” — The Perry Stone Study Bible.
Sometimes, what God has revealed to you is between you, a few others, and the Lord (there’s never a need for a doubter’s opinion). Mary knew what blessing she carried, but she didn’t announce it publicly (Luke 1:32).
And while waiting for your blessing, think of anything worthy of praise throughout the day (Phil. 4:8).
If, for some reason, you simply can’t during a frustrated moment, then seal your lips, because negative thoughts will eventually escape your mouth and potentially block your blessing.
A scripture to remember and recite: Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. — Mark 11:24, ESV.
THE MESSAGE: When you expect a promise from the Lord, you have to do your part:
It requires belief in what He has promised you and, sometimes, silence, so the blessing can come to pass.
So, shh.

If you haven’t accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior and repented of your sins, then do so now because there is no guarantee you’ll have another opportunity tomorrow (Romans 10:9-10).
